Yes, this is a real working clock. It comes with everything you see here (minus the pictures). I used glue dots to put the photos up but you could also use double sided sticky tape. You can get it for a 4 x 6 option as well as a 5 x 7. The 4 x 6 measures 37 x 36 and the 5 x 7 is 48 x 46.
